This 2-day course in Primavera Risk Analysis provides a detailed overview of the essential scheduling and risk analysis features provided by the Primavera Risk Analysis software.

This course provides training for Primavera Risk Analysis R 8.7 (Win) . From importing schedules to creating reports, the 2-day introductory course covers all key features and functions. Participants will gain a thorough background in the basic concepts of risk management. This two-day class leads you through examples of specific risk modeling techniques and provides a lab-style workshop on the third day to allow students to apply the learned techniques.

Training Type:  Classroom Training

Locations: Mississauga , Toronto, Scarborough.

Duration:   Sat-Sun ( 10 AM- 6 PM) .  Or Weekdays 2 Days : Mon-Tue ( 10 AM- 6 PM)

  • Use a Risk Register to propose, evaluate and justify mitigation

Setting up the risk register

  3. Setting up a Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS)

  1. Setting risk IDs
