Marketing Management is designed to introduce students s to the theory and practice of marketing. Students will improve their ability to develop effective marketing strategies and assess market opportunities, as well as design strategy implementation programs.
This course focuses on the major decisions faced by marketing managers in their efforts to harmonize the organization’s objectives, capabilities, and resources with marketplace needs and opportunities.
A framework for analyzing recurrent problems in marketing management is presented.
