This course is designed for experienced users who want to take their project management skills to the next level. The course delves into advanced topics such as starting a project from various sources, advanced methods for managing tasks and resources, managing projects with advanced techniques, customizing and formatting views, reporting, working with templates, and leveraging the Project Cloud. Through hands-on exercises and practical examples, students will master advanced features and techniques, enabling them to manage complex projects more effectively and efficiently using Microsoft Project.

  • Number of students per session: Our class sizes are typically 6- 8 students per session. Our classes are intentionally kept small to foster more interaction between the instructor and students. We limit classes to a maximum of six (8) students unless we are teaching a private group or organization. Each student is provided with a laptop with Microsoft Project 2016 or Project 2019 (Windows) already installed. If you prefer using your laptop, your laptop should have Microsoft Project  2013, 2016, or MS.Project 2019  installed.   • If you will have to travel to attend the course, please don’t make any travel arrangements until we confirm the class. We usually usually confirm the class by emails at least one week prior to the start date.
