Number of students per session: Our Professional Scrum Master PSM Exam Prep class sizes are typically 4-6 students per session. Our Professional Scrum Master PSM classes are intentionally kept small in order to foster more interaction between the instructor and students. Professional Scrum Master PSM Training Course
Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM) is a 2-day course that covers the principles and (empirical) process theory underpinning the Scrum framework, and the role of the Scrum Master in it. This course is a combination of instruction and team-based exercises, and teaches what is at the heart of the Scrum and Agile movement. The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Master I certification exam (PSM I).
What You’ll Learn
Over the 2 days, students will see why PSM is the cutting-edge course for effective Scrum Masters and for anyone coaching a software development team toward increased efficiency and effectiveness. The course includes advanced thinking for servant-leadership and behavioral shifts.
Throughout the course, students are challenged to think in terms of the Scrum principles to better understand what to do when returning to the workplace.
The PSM course is much more than just a set of slides and an instructor. In this course, students work on real-life cases with other classmates together as a team. This course is made up of discussions and hands-on exercises based upon real-life cases.

Professional Scrum Master Assessment and Certification
All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment. If you attempt the PSM I assessment within 14 days and do not score at least 85%, you will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost. You are also entitled to a 40% discount on the PSM II assessment once passing PSM I.
You are also entitled to a 40% discount on the PSM II assessment once passing PSM I. The industry-recognized PSM certifications require a minimum passing score.
If you pass the PSM I assessment you will receive the industry-recognized “PSM I” certification, along with a PSM I logo that you can use to identify your achievement. In addition, your name will be posted publicly for colleagues, managers, and potential employers to see.

What is included in the price?

How do I achieve the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification?
The PSM I certification is achieved by taking and passing an online assessment in your own time following the course. It can be taken from any internet-connected computer.
What is required to achieve the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification?
The PSM I assessment is comprised of 80 multiple choice questions that must be completed in 60 minutes. The pass mark is 85%. The course fee provides up to 2 attempts at the PSM I assessment.
What are the course hours?
Courses start at 09:00 and finish at 17:00 each day in the time zone listed.
How many people will attend?
Our courses are kept small to ensure a premium experience.
How should I prepare for the course?
The only preparation required is to read the Scrum Guide.

Can I claim PMI PDU credits for attending the course?
Yes. You can claim 14 PDU’s for attending a course.
Cancellation Policy
Should your course be rescheduled or canceled, you have the option of rescheduling to another course or receive a full refund. Please note rescheduling requests will be sent no later than 14 days before the start date.

Refund Policy
If you are not able to attend the class you have registered for please send an email to contact@pmvision.ca. If you send in your notification at least 30 calendar days prior to the start of the class you are eligible for a full refund or you may reschedule for a future class. Cancellations made 29 calendar days to 14 calendar days prior to the start of the class are eligible to reschedule for a future class or for an 80% refund. If you cancel within 14 calendar days from the start of a class, or if you do not attend the class, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
