This course provides more than an introduction to the main concepts in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management. It is based on the most relevant application, tools and techniques used by the forward – thinking companies in developing proper business criteria and standards while achieving improved business performance. This course will help the students understand various aspects of integration and optimization of the total logistics and supply-chain processes as they are used in the industry.
The course helps with summarizing the value of focusing on Information Business Logistics Systems which drives improved accuracy and decision-making at all levels of management.
