This course is designed to provide tools and techniques that will enable Participants with Cultural Intelligence — a person’s ability to adapt successfully to different cultures for creating highly collaborative and productive teams.

Through varied personal assessments, activities, case studies, discussion, theory and application and reflection, this course creates strong awareness of oneself relative to others such that differences can be recognized, respected and aligned to the needs of the work objectives. The Leader who can recognize differences in culture and bridge such differences to align everyone to the performing organization objectives is a highly valued skill set in today’s organization.

The overall aim of this course is to enhance participant’s Cultural Intelligence in order to create highly collaborative teams. This overall objective is broken down into the the following objectives:

Identify your own cultural values, biases, and communication styles, and understand how they impact your interactions in diverse environments.
Learn and apply the four key dimensions of Cultural Intelligence (CQ Drive, CQ Knowledge, CQ Strategy, CQ Action) to improve cross-cultural effectiveness.
Accurately interpret behaviors and communication styles of people from different cultures and respond with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
Demonstrate the ability to foster inclusive, high-performing teams by leveraging cultural differences and resolving potential conflicts constructively.
Practice culturally appropriate communication strategies to build trust, influence stakeholders, and lead change in multicultural settings.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Instructor-Led Classes

- Reserve your seat fee: Non Refundable. To be refunded if PMVISION cancels the class
- Reserve your seat is not “transferable”, if you wish to attend the class on another date, you will have to reserve again
- In case PMVISION cancels an event, a 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.

If PMVISION Received the full payment:

- If the cancellation is done by the delegate within 48 hours of subscribing, 10% will be deducted as an administration fee.
- If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or more, before the event, 20% will be deducted as an administration fee.
- If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or less, before the event, no refunds will be made
- Bookings made at discounted prices ( Including Early Bird Booking) cannot be canceled.
- If you must travel to attend the course, please don’t make any travel arrangements until we confirm the class. We usually confirm the class by email at least one week before the start date.
