This course goes beyond agile basics, helping participants tailor their team’s ways of working using DA’s decision framework and knowledge base. Through interactive exercises and real-world case studies, attendees will learn to identify challenges, select the right agile, lean or other approaches, and develop an actionable improvement backlog.

Number of students per session: Our Disciplined Agile® Foundations class sizes are typically 6-7 students per session. Our PMI Disciplined Agile® Foundations Course classes are intentionally kept small in order to foster more interaction between the instructor and students. We limit classes to a maximum of six (6) students unless we are teaching a private group or organization.

Disciplined Agile® Foundations Course is an instructor-led course that shows you how to use Disciplined Agile (DA) to improve your team’s way of working. In just two days, you’ll become familiar with foundational agile and lean practices that DA supports, practice using the tool kit to solve problems, and learn how to build high-performance teams.

Filled with activities, animations, supplemental reading, and more, this course will prepare start using Disciplined Agile immediately.

No agile experience is required – this training is built to educate you on agile and lean fundamentals and the Disciplined Agile tool kit with skills to immediately apply what you have learned.

Exam & Certification:

There is no exam for this training. After the course, PMVISION, as a PMI Authorized Training Partner ATP, will issue the following certificate:

PMVISION reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force-majeure events.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Instructor-Led Classes

- Reserve your seat fee: Non Refundable. To be refunded if PMVISION cancels the class
- Reserve your seat is not “transferable”, if you wish to attend the class on another date, you will have to reserve again
- In case PMVISION cancels an event, a 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.

If PMVISION Received the full payment:

- If the cancellation is done by the delegate within 48 hours of subscribing, 10% will be deducted as an administration fee.
- If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or more, before the event, 20% will be deducted as an administration fee.
- If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or less, before the event, no refunds will be made
- Bookings made at discounted prices ( Including Early Bird Booking) cannot be canceled.
- If you must travel to attend the course, please don’t make any travel arrangements until we confirm the class. We usually confirm the class by email at least one week before the start date.
