PMI-PBA Exam Format

The PMI-PBA exam is comprised of 200 multiple-choice questions. Of the 200 questions, 25 are considered pre-test questions. Pre-test questions do not affect the score and are used in examinations as an effective and legitimate way to test the validity of future questions. All questions are randomly placed throughout the exam. The allotted time to complete the computer-based examination is four hours.

It may take some candidates less than the allotted four hours to complete the examination. There are no scheduled breaks during the exam, although you are allowed to take a free break if needed. If you take a break during the exam, your exam clock continues to count down.
The exam is preceded by a tutorial and followed by a survey, both of which are optional and can take up to 15 minutes to complete. The time used to complete the tutorial and survey is not included in the examination time of four hours.

High School Diploma or Global Equivalent Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum BA Experience
- 7,500 hours within 8 consecutive years
Project Experience*
- 2,000 hours on project teams

- 35 hours

*If you have a PMP or PgMP, you do not need to show any project team hours, because your credential covers the hour requirements. Also, you can overlap your BA experience requirement with your project experience requirement, if applicable.

Re-certification

Re-certify through PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) program after three years

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Instructor-Led Classes

- Reserve your seat fee: Non Refundable. To be refunded if PMVISION cancels the class
- Reserve your seat is not “transferable”, if you wish to attend the class on another date, you will have to reserve again
- In case PMVISION cancels an event, a 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.

If PMVISION Received the full payment:

- If the cancellation is done by the delegate within 48 hours of subscribing, 10% will be deducted as an administration fee.
- If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or more, before the event, 20% will be deducted as an administration fee.
- If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or less, before the event, no refunds will be made
- Bookings made at discounted prices ( Including Early Bird Booking) cannot be canceled.
- If you must travel to attend the course, please don’t make any travel arrangements until we confirm the class. We usually confirm the class by email at least one week before the start date.
